After this date the resort will accept reservations on a space available basis at current rates. BEMA cannot guarantee that rooms will be available after that date.\n\n\n\nJune 1\, 2012 Deadline for Annual Meeting Registration. Registrations received after this date will incur a late fee of $250 per company.\n\n\n\nHOTEL RESERVATIONS\n\nA link for online reservations can be found at www.bema.org. If prompted\, enter Group Code: BEMA06. Reservation questions can be directed to 1-888-579-2701. Please mention BEMA to receive our group rates. A credit card deposit of one room night is required to hold your room.\n\n\n\nROOM RESERVATION DEADLINE: MAY 31\, 2012\n\nBEMA has reserved ocean view rooms for our guests. The room rate is $225 per night plus tax. There is also a $10 per adult porterage fee (single fee includes both check-in and check-out) and a $3 per room\, per night room attendant fee. There is an additional charge of $40 per person for anyone 17 years of age or older in a room. The resort fee has been waived and BEMA guests can purchase water park passes for half price on our meeting dates (June 21-25).\n\n\n\nCANCELATIONS\n\nBEMA will not offer a refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the fi rst day of the meeting (no refunds after June 19\,2012). Cancellations received in writing prior to June 19\, 2012 will incur a $100 cancellation penalty.\n\nRoom reservations at The El Conquistador Resort can be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the fi rst day of the reservation.
